The Lift-Off Film Festival is a London based arts festival that showcases in 4 cities transatalantically through the year. All of the events are IMDB qualifying that aim to be the first of their kind. For the first time student and professional film makers have the chance to showcase their work in an unbiased environment. We program student films with independent's, which are then voted on based on individual merit rather than containment within category. Every single film that is submitted will be treated the same and entered into the same pot. Awards are given to the highest standards in drama, acting, story structure and artistic merit. A large budget and glossy production value mean nothing to us at Lift-Off - all we care for is great delivery of an honest story.
